Insurance reimbursement on its way
Let me start off by saying I suffer from emphysema and am on oxygen. In July, my wife and I were planning a trip to California. In order to have our daughter meet us at the airport with oxygen, I made arrangements with Apria Healthcare to deliver oxygen to our daughter's home prior to our arrival. Since our HMO did not cover California, I made several phone calls to make these arrangements. I was told that I would have to prepay, which I did by check. On this end I was told by my HMO that I would be reimbursed upon completion of our trip.
