NASD BARS BROKER: Former Bayonet Point broker Samuel Thomas Southard has been barred from the securities industry for forging a customer's name on a check and credit card applications, then using the cards for purchases and cash advances. He also failed to disclose charges brought against him. Southard was registered with Ascend Financial Services. He could not be reached for comment, but he consented to the findings by NASD Regulation.
